NORTHWEST GREENBELT

Perhaps the most under-utilized off-leash area, the Northwest Greenbelt is a multi-use park with a large, unfenced grassy areas and water running through it in a small concrete stream. This park is tucked into a residential area and spans several blocks between Clay Street and Tejon Street. It has a playground and benches and trees and is quite lovely. It IS a multi-use park and it is IMPERATIVE that you keep your dogs away from the playground, sports games, picnickers, and non-dog people. Be sure to abide by the park rules!

Through October 31! No Off-Leash Dogs 11AM-6PM at Multi-Use Parks
While the Canine Corral is always off-leash, multi-use parks Jason Park, Duncan Park, Centennial Park, and the Northwest Greenbelt are closed to off-leash dogs from 11AM to 6PM. NOTE! Eyes are on Jason Park and Code Enforcement has been called since the new hours have been in place. Be sure to regard the new hours and be considerate of all park users and the neighbors that surround the park.
